Open-access E-Library for biological discovery

Scientific discovery is a continuous marathon, built upon generations of findings that accumulate over time until they lead to breakthroughs. With this spirit, we have created an open-access E-Library for biological science — a centralized hub of publicly available publications and their supporting multi-omics data.

Accelerate Your Research

OmnibusX E-Library enables researchers to learn from past discoveries, generate new hypotheses, and accelerate innovation. By providing structured, curated, and easily accessible datasets, we empower scientists to build upon the expertise of previous generations, driving the next wave of breakthroughs in biological research.

Curated Quality

Each dataset is carefully collected and annotated for accuracy and relevance.

Instant Data Access

Skip complex data processing, save time and compute resources, focus on insights.

Multi-Omics Insights

Bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq, and spatial RNA-seq.

Comprehensive analysis and visualization

PCA, t-SNE, UMAP, batch effect correction, clustering, sub-clusters, cell annotation, cell type prediction, query genes, composition analysis, draw basic charts, complex heatmap, find marker genes, differential expression genes, gene set enrichment analysis, pseudotime, TCR/BCR analysis, AUCell, genome browser, cell-cell interaction, and more.

Our Goal

Our goal is to curate 250 million single cells, potentially expanding up to 300 million, complemented by over 1,000 slides for spatial transcriptomics. This comprehensive reach ensures that a vast array of biological conditions and tissue types are represented.
